Copy Cell Values in two Columns down x number of times then jump and copy some more.

[Solved]I am trying to break down some data that I have that is set up like this.
30-Jun-14 United States 14
1-Jul-14 United States 11
2-Jul-14 United States 81
3-Jul-14 United States 136
3-Jul-14 Canada 3

I want to be able to copy the first row, 30-Jun-14 and United States, which are in separate columns, then paste it into that value the x number of times next to it into certain columns. After that row is copied, jump to the next row, 1-July-14 United States, and copy and paste those underneath the previously pasted values x number of times.

There could be up to 90,000 values that would be output.

I have attached a spreadsheet shows this better.
