Macro to copy rows based on date

HI guys I need some help developing a macro that will copy over the row from one workbook to another based on today's date. I have looked but having some trouble finding a solid way of doing this. I know it should be a firly simply code but i am a VBA novice.

"Self start" solution - try recording a macro which copies filtered data (enter filter date manually while recording). Then edit the recorded code and substitute this date with date() function (which returns todays date.
