Filter to only show rows that have Interior.Color RGB(191, 191, 191) anywhere in them

Forgive me if there's a way to do this without a macro, but how would I go about automatically hiding all rows that do not have at least one cell with Interior.Color = RGB(191, 191, 191)?

The Interior.Color = RGB(191, 191, 191) will be set via conditional formatting.
