Clearing a mulit select lisbox in Excel 2010

Hi all,

I have a multi select listbox in excel which allows users to select multiple items.

I have created a command button which I need to run two macros.

One I have created which works perfectly, however I cannot get one to work which clears the multi select listbox.

I have placed initial code which allows for both to run.

"Sub RunAllMacros()
Procedure1
Procedure2
End Sub"

Procedure one is my first macro which basically clears the document of all entries, but I need Procedure 2 to clear the multi select listbox.

I have Googled this, and it looks as if changing the Listbox to a single select then back to a multi select is the way to go however the example codes dont work.

Does anyone know how I can code this?

Where is the listbox located?
