Make Copy of a Sheet each month to track data

I would like to make copy of a sheet that changes each month and save the new sheet with the date it was created. I plan to do this every month. I was thinking of doing it automatically or creating a button to do it. Does anyone have an suggestion on how to do this. I know I should be able to use a macro to create a button, but I do not have much experience with this. Thanks for any help.

maybe create an empty sheet and name that Template and use it in this macro instead of Report.
