combining multiple worksheets- Macro Help

I have a workbook with multiple sheets names Arizona, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Delaware

All worksheets have the same heading.
I need to take data from each worksheet and paste it into a new worksheet in the same workbook and name it combined.

Could anyone help with this macro?
