Macro for Shift Cell up (col d to f)

Hello All
i have a record sheet with lot of record.. in this sheet at entry time few record by mistake not entry correct... coz few cell sift down (col D to f)

We want to these cell in front of Product Name..

When we use Delete>shift cell up option then my total line also up .. bcoz TOTAL is in Cell B.. i think this is possible with a macro or vba pls suggest me .. so that we sift cell up with single click..

currently we attach a sample sheet..
