    VLOOKUP with multiple columns

    hello everyone,

I have written a function similar to Vlookup except it takes optionally more then one matching condition.

I tried to add as much flexibility as possible when matching criteria (i was aiming for something similar to what you can achieve with =countifs() criteria). But the more flexability I added the more messy the code began to look. I was wondering if someone with a fresh set of eyes could take a closer look at this, if there are any glaring mistakes or you have suggestion for improvements pls let me know. I have uploaded the bas as a txt file. If the string comparison cannot be cleaned up, I may be half temped to remove it all together. I haven't ran any benchmarks yet, will do shortly.
