Pie chart slices to match source cells with filters on

Hello all

I found this snazzy macro (http://datapigtechnologies.com/blog/...-source-cells/) which causes pie chart slices to match the colour of the source cell. It works great, except when I add a filter to the data source it ceases to work - the pie chart seems to take the colours based on their order in the source data list, rather than which values are allowed through on the filter (if that makes any sense).

The filter is required as I produce pie charts every week and need to filter out the blanks/#N/As etc. as they change.

So what I'm saying is, how can I make changes to this macro so I can filter the source data and still have the correct source colours match up with the corresponding pie slices.
