CreateObject with 2010 Outlook not working with VB after update to windows 8.1

I am running a macro in excel 2010 with the following code to save two worksheets as pdf's and email them. I have used this code sucessfully on windows xp, windows 7 and windows 8. Just ran test on all machines this morning. For some reason the computer with windows 8.1 will not send an email. The code appears to error out and jumps to unload line. The problem computer worked until upgrade was done on Friday. All files are stored in dropbox and all other computers can use the files sucessfully using the code below.
Any ideas.
