    Macros to delete entire duplicate row for duplicate values

    I have a worksheet that has 3 duplicate values in a particular column, I need a macros that will highlight two of the duplicates row and then another macro to delete the entire row. The duplicate element are in column R. Please find attached worksheet

    are duplicates consecutive ? how can we select lines to delete ?
