save a workbook with a new name

I have a macro that I have been trying. I want to take a workbook and do a saveas, remove one of the tabs called UPDATE closing the original and renaming and dating the new workbook.

What is wrong with this code. How do I resolve.

This should function fine.
Can you confirm the full path string is correct? Those folders exist on your j drive, and you have adequate permissions to save to those locations?
