    Dropdown list that has subheading after choosing main Heading

    Good Day

    I need assitance with a dropdown list or a Button when I click it a form appers with a dropdown with my Data, after choosing the data information should appear with its Heading and Subheadings, it will read all this information from another sheet with data and those "0" dissapear should I need assistance please....
