Change Pivot Table Filter Values and Copy Results Over to New Sheet

I am looking for a way to feed filtered Pivot table values into another sheet through a macro.

    My workbook contains 3 sheets:
"PTAverages" : houses my Pivot Table with the Report filters
"SD" : houses the data that makes up the Pivot Table
"Div" : where the filtered Pivot Table values need to fall

My Pivot table (on sheet "PTAverages") has a number of report filters that need to be turned on and off depending on what values I need to copy over to the "Div" Sheet.

    So for example,
My pivot table contains a filter named "Inventoried" and another filter named "Negative Adj".
When the filter "Inventoried" is set to All and the "Negative Adj" filter is set to exclude 0 (but include all other values), I would then need to copy the resulting value from the pivot column "Neg Adj" into the sheet named Div where the Division numbers match in both sheets.
These values, by the way, would belong in the section on the Div sheet reserved for "Inventoried Filter set to All"

This same process needs to be repeated for the section on the Div sheet reserved for "Inventoried Filter set to No" as well as "Inventoried Filter set to Yes".

That only includes copying over just 1 columns worth of data, and if I see an example of how that works, then I could work on filling in the rest of the columns noted in the attached workbook based on the other filtered combinations that need to be applied (again, all laid out in the attached file).

If none of this is readily clear, then I apologize, but hopefully the attached workbook better shows what I am looking to accomplish.

Also, the number of rows will vary week to week (this example only includes Divisions 1-5, but it could be several hundred rows long for example).

Thanks in advance for any support offered on this!
