how to insert image in the ImageList with the image inside the tab?

No. You would think that it would be a simple task to point to a shape and use that as a image, but it's not available.

You have to export the shape as a image, then, point to the temp file created. After closing the userform, you have to delete the temp images.

Imagine wich you have project and you need use other computer, you should take pictures inside a folder along with the xlsm file?
I imagined that it could take the pictures within the file in a tab

I still think I would save the images on a sheet and use pastepicture.zip from Steven Bullen's page to display them. This way, you only have one file, instead of a subdirectory with many files.
