SaveAs file path that references cell value

Hi,

I currently have the following snippet of code that automatically saves my workbook for me:

The string "2014-33" in that file path refers to the current work week. Cell A2 on the worksheet "Menu" already calculates what the current work week is, so I would like just that portion of the file path to reference that cell so that I don't have to manually change the file path each week. Can anyone give me some pointers as to how to accomplish this?
