Sort Row to Column given Rule

Can someone please help me? I've been banging my head on this problem for couple of days. So frustrating..

    x AR $ AR-AJ$
    x AC $
    x AJ $
    AV $
    x A9 $ A9-A8$
    x A8 $
    A7 $
    A6 $
    x A5 $ A5$
    A4 $
    x A3 $ A3-A2$
    x A2 $

x in first column is not static and can be empty or x.

I need it to spit out the last column. and when x changes, it needs to adjust.

The table above is only the top portion of the actual worksheet. The whole worksheet is about 40k rows.
The worksheet is comprised of many continuous smaller tables which are all different in number of rows.
There is a "rule" and 1 exception to the the rule that indicates the end (last row) of a table. so next row is the start of new table.
In the second column, first character is A, and last character is R,C,J,V,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2.
Notice on the last row (of this particular table) ends with A2.
Next table start with another letter or number, however the last row's last character is also 2.
This is true for all the smaller tables, the last character is always 2 on the last row of the table. so the next row is the start of a new table.
There is an exception to this "rule", if a table's second column starts with 2, then the last character will be 3 on its last row.

The reason why they are required to be separated is because if this table's first column was all x and the next few rows also was x, the last column on this table's first row should still read AR-A2$.

I tried myself for couple of days now but this is too advanced for my monkey brain.
    Can someone please help??
