Cut duplicate rows vertically and paste horizontally

Hi, Pls help me with a macro for removing duplicates from a row (keeping the first entry undeleted) and pasting them along with the first undeleted row horizontally.
Attached file carries the input and expected result.

    tks

It's already ready for unlimited rows. You lost me at 10 columns? You mean header columns?
