Can not Fix the 100 of Y-Axis of Chart and editing

Hello Friends,

I want to create a chart in Percentage value e.g Y-Axis have 10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90,100 and X-Axis have my Q. No

I have Question No. in First row and the second row have the Ans in Percentage.
Problem is that if a Max Value of Percentage 58 the Chart does not exceed upto 100 it show upto 60 on Y-axis.
Also I want to Put name of area and Station on top of the chart and Question at the bottom.

i am creating this in Macro.
