Tying to add "excel Value to Title of file saved

I have a file that is saved with a time stamp but the file uses the computer date in part of the title.

I would like it to use the actual date listed in Cell "f4" and then the current time stamp

Ex: Knowing today's date is the 28th if a report is created a day late and they back date the report one day when it saves the file the title I would like to show is "Morning Report_08.27.14 1220"
Right now it shows today's date "Morning Report_08.28.14 1220" even though the file is for the previous day

Maybe this will Help I am saving a PDF to a folder. First it looks to see if a file exists with name and if so prompts to overwrite or it it wll add a time stamp to the file name that already has the date the report is run on.

    Code is:

can it be changed to show the date in Cell "f4" in the file name and not the actual date the report is run on?
