How do I make a slider adjust for a percentage field whose range is 0 - 10 and I need adjustment on a decimal scale of 0.1? Possibly 0.05 increments. I attempted to enter the decimal but it said minimum value too small.

Go to CHART TOOLS>LAYOUT>AXES>PRIMARY VERTICAL AXIS>More Axis Options
You can control the stepping there.
