Formulas not copying down upon data refresh

I have a table that has its source data coming from an SQL query. When the query refreshes and the table data grows in rows the formulas I have put in additional columns that reference this data aren't automatically copying all the way down to the new data.

I know that when you double click a cell and press enter the tool tip comes up if you want to "overwrite all cells in this column with this formula"; I have done this and still new data isn't copying down. This phenomenon seems to be only happening with this Excel document and not other ones I have. I feel like there might be some setting I have unchecked or something but I can't figure it out.
