Not getting time stamp and previous backup files

Hi friends,
The code is working fine and taking the backup of the file but I am not getting a time stamp in a file name in backup folder on ‘C’ drive. Secondly it replaces the previous backup file which I don’t want because if there is something is wrong in the latest file then I want to use the previous correct file. So I don’t want to replace the previous backup file while taking the backup of the file. There may be several files with different date and time stamp in the backup folder. I will delete the unnecessary extra files from the backup folder manually.

Look at the difference between "Date" and "Now"

Date will give you only date and no time

Thank you for clearing my confusion between date and now function.

It's working fine and saveing all the previous backup files with date and time stamp in a file name. This much I want to achieve.
