having problems updating a spreadsheet in excel

can anyone tell if its possible to update my leagues using a script so they update themselves with a click of a button.

ive tried to follow a video of recording a macro but i cant get the grasp of that as if its not for the job i need.

any help would be much appreciated.

ok if you look at my league table for example division 1 have played today i want update that league without having to copy and paste the whole league from the website and start arranging everything again....
