Move Values of a Column and Delete the Empty Column

Dear Gurus:

I need a code to Move Values of a Column and Delete the Empty Column.

Please see the attached "sheet1" and "How I want sheet1 to be" for better illustration.

Pseudo Code:
1, Move column B to the next available column within the same worksheet (In this case, it is column E).
2, Delete the empty column B
3, Repeat step 1-step 2 for all of the worksheets within the same work book

Sorry for my delayed response. As described, column B should be deleted after shift. anyway I got some codes that work. Thanks!
