Remove Duplicates not getting them all

I am also having trouble with VBA macro. It partially works in that it can find and combine duplicates values. But it does not delete all duplicates. It always leaves several behind. What I need the code to do is look over the sheet, find all items that are duplicates, sum the quantities, and delete the duplicates. Like I said it partially works. I will upload the sheet I have now with some sample data. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I ran it, and it seems to work fine. I sorted the results by all columns, and didn't find any duplicates. Be sure and check all the columns for differences.
