Criteria based find and replace

Attached is a document with basic data for explaining what I need. I am trying to search through a column and if that value were "Red" then the macro would fetch the value from an adjacent cell and replace it. If the value were "Blue" then it would leave it alone. So in the document you will find 5 columns. I want the macro to search through column C and if that equals "Red" then it would copy and paste the values from the adjacent cells in E and F to columns A and B. I added what I want the Pre and Post data to look like to give a better visual in the document.

This looks and works great. Is there a way to get it to paste special as values?
