automatically populate form based on combobox selection

Hello all,

I am creating a form in excel with multiple text boxes/comboboxes. I would like to understand how to automatically populate my form based on a combobox selection. For example I have author (combobox), version (combobox) and answer (text box). How would I get my form to automatically populate these selections based on another combobox i.e ID?
