    Question Disable cut,copy,paste(including ctrl x, ctrl c n ctrl v)

    Few Issues:
How to make each cell in range(for eg A1:A10,A12) mandatory to fill, and if cell is left blank it should result "-" value.
how to disable right click, cut, copy and paste (including their shortkeys) in excel file.
How to forcefully enable macros to our clients.
Experts please help, with example would be better.
