macro copy paste values with timer

Hi guys, all programing has to be done on sheet 2.

I have made a simple macro that was made with macro recorder however I need to advance it so that it records my data at my specified time interval in cell C3 on Sheet2.

-Basically what I need is to copy the data from F2:F32 and place it into the column next to it.

- I have a countdown timer in cell B1 sheet 2 which counts down with a live feed via an API.

-I assume that there is a way to activate the macro with the use of a countdown timer and a specified interval.

I hope someone can help, plz find my spreadsheet attached
