Is it possible to export the data's from Notepad to excel using Macros.
When the Macro is executed i want to browse through the drives and select the desired notepad and the records needs to exported to excel.

What does that mean? A Notepad file is simply a Text file. It will normally have a .txt file extension. There are "special" text files which are classed as comma separated variable files, with a .csv file extension. These can be opened in Excel and the dat aligned to columns.
As has been suggested, upload one of your files so we can see what needs doing.

From Excel, Data > From Text, navigate to the file, tick Fixed width, Next, set the field breaks where you like, Next, select Text for the first two fields to preserve the leading zeros, Finish

Am already using text to columns method. But am looking to automate this one.
