Average columns with criteria

Hi guys! My question is about average. for example I have my data numbers in G2:G100 that I like to average. and in E2:E100 is the criteria. I like to average for criteria YES, NO, and FAIL... And I would like to copy data in another sheet based on the criteria given...

YES 20
NO 23
YES 25
FAIL 19
FAIL 18
YES 17
NO 16
