Delete rows on sheet based on last record on column

If records on column "D" (date) older four days of the last record on column "D" then delete old rows.. my DB is range A2:E40..
I need help on how to do this.. thanks

thanks for the help.. your list is exactly what have.. but i have daily update on this list.. and i need way how to delete all records older four days of the last record on column "D". automatically or manual I do not care.. if anyone has a solution, it would make life easier
