Cleaning an copying data to other tab.

In attachment are two tabs.

Database : here is all data which is copied regular from other tabs.
Historie : here i want data from tab database if a certain criteria has been found.

On tab Database should first empty data be cleared, not deleted.
If Cel A on row is empty than this row should be cleared, not deleted.

After that:
If the cells in a row are empty or zero (column C through H) it should be cleared, not deleted.

Tab Database should then be sorted. On year from high to low.

After this the rows with in cel M = current year minus 4 should be copied to Historie.
That row should be cleared (not deleted) on database after the copy.
