Clearing multiple dependent drop downs.

Hi,
I'm completely new to VBA so you'll have to excuse my clumsy explanation. I have found the following code which clears a dependent drop down box when the parent box is changed:

This works great but later on in the same worksheet i want to do it again, but in different rows and columns, when i paste the same code into a different module (and change the cell references) nothing happens. Can I reference all the parent and child cells in one module or will I need a different one every time. Any help would be much appreciated, but please don't get too technical, i'm not even that great at standard excel.
