    consolidate column only for missing fields.

    hello im trying to reduce the size of my report. you will see in my example sheet that some comments are filled in but most are blank. what I want to do is abbreviate the source code and past in the comment column in if the comment column is blank. There are more source codes in my actual report and below is how i want to abbreviate everything.
    A/R Adjustments Journal A/R AdjuJou
    Accounts Payable AccPay
    Direct Bill DirBill
    Direct Bill Invoice Receivable DB InvRec
    Direct Bill Receipt DB Receipt
    Direct Bill Disbursements DB Disburs
    Disbursements Journal DisburJour
    Financial Management Journal FinManJou
    Payables Adjustment PayAdjust
    Payables Check PayCheck
    Receipts Journal RecJour
    Sales Journal SalJour
    Received Payable RecPay

    You are a genius. I swear i'm going to be able to write these from scratch one day but I can never get it all to work or understand what to use in which circumstance.

    if you see the attached example. when the code enters in the abbreviated data i would also like to add a , and a space then the corresponding client code. see the attached
