VBA to Filter out Blank Cells, copy /paste into another worksheet

I need to filter out blanks with in range (b3:b45) - then take the results and copy and paste them into another sheet ("Job Ticket") starting in Range("A10")

Also the destination sheet has 5 columns merged into one at (a10) so it is actually (a10:e10) is the first cell for results to start in.
