Inconsistant Prompt foe file Name

I am using the following code to retrieve data in the form of a text file, and put it into a worksheet .

My problem is this always causes a prompt screen to appear asking for the name of the file to be loaded, and I don't want this.
The query itself was obtained by using Data->From text file. It contains the full path and file name.
I have unchecked Prompt for file Name in Data Range Properties.
This is a technique that I have used in a lot of applications sometime with the file prompt but usually without. I would like to understand why, can anyone help please?
