Conditional Formatting ( Selecting which rows to be duplicated )

hello, as i have mentioned in the subject im looking for a way to select the rows i want to be duplicated if it is possible

a rule where I can select from A1 to A10 and say if there are any of the same value from A20 to A30, (ONLY), then let the duplicates be colored, i said ONLY because i dont want duplicates inside A1 to A10 to be colored, or anywhere else,

    Raffi, hello!

If I understand you, then may be next my thought will be sufficient for your needs.

Select A20:A30 cells. Create Conditional Formating by formula:

    Formula: copy to clipboard

It will highlight duplicates only in A20:A30, if they may be seen in A1:A10.

its only coloring from A$1 to A$10 zone and not from A$20 to A$30 and it seems the rule is working only when the numbers are 10 cells
equal-distance of 10 cells apart vertically regardless what number i have in them but thx for the effort

=COUNTIF from A$1:A$10 is equal to whats in from A20 to infinite ( all the column )
