Pull cell data from a closed workbook

Hi all,

I'm pretty inexperienced when it comes to VBA, so I was hoping somebody on here could help me. I am working on creating a log that would pull data from closed workbooks. I've seen plenty of ways to do it that involve pulling it from a single workbook. My problem is that I want to pull from the same cell on different workbooks. I am saving the workbooks in the same format and simply changing the numbers (i.e. workbook14.001, workbook14.002, etc.). I need to be able to pull from the same cell in each workbook to the workbook's respective column in the log.

Any help that you guys can provide would be greatly appreciated!

So do you want data pulled from every Workbook in a particular folder?

Do you want to set that Folder path as static or have a folder picker?

Which cell?

To save anyone having to recreate your situation (to test).. attach 2 or 3 of these Workbooks along with the Log workbook where you want the data pulled to. Zip them up if you have to.

Answers to the above questions would also help your cause..

All of the files I want to pull from are in the same folder, so the path would remain static. I want to pull from W53:AA56 (merged cell) in each of my workbooks to their respective cell in the new log. So workbook14.001 would pull to F2, workbook14.002 would pull to F3, and so on.
