Userform Textbox Comment puzzle

After a fair amount of reading and googling I am still unable to answer the below question.

When someone opens up the userform I would like a comment box to appear with instructions when they hover over the textbox, Is it possible to add a comment box to a textbox within a userform?

Look Under properties

There is an option.

Control Tip Text.

Enter your instruction there.

You can also enter text in the textbox itself. In which case use the textbox enter event to clear it.
