Add-Copy rows depending on value in cell

Dear forum experts,

I need to extend the rows depending on value in last cell. If last cell in a row has value = 9 then this row needs to be copying to be 9 rows and so on... The last cells value for each row tells how many rows that it has to be.

This has to be done in a new sheet as I need the original settings if error occur.

Attached is a file with examples and the result in a new sheet!

The original files has up to + 10 000 rows and + 20 columns so it will be expanded past 650000 rows, I do use excel 2007 so not a problem here.
