i am trying to see if code can look up none highlighted rows,i can change the value in the cell if the cell is not highlighted,the rows that are highlighted are conditional formatted to purple,any thoughts please

thanks for code ,works up to a point,as whole sheet is conditional formatted one way or another,have decided to enter yes in a cell that's highlighted one colour and sort from there,will upload code later for anyone else to use
