I am Pramod(VBA Beginner), now I have assignment to create Billing Software. I have basic Excel File with details of Jeweller with all the billing details, I have to start writing codes to make it functional. Please Help, so that I can make it functional(Automation).

You said this is an "assignment." Is it a work assignment or a school assignment?
In either case, we do not eagerly do other people's work for them. We don't mind answering questions and helping, but you have not made any effort yourself to start developing the code.
You have attached a data file but have given no explanation of what "make it functional" means. So it is impossible to know where to begin to help. You need to develop an approach to solving this, start coding, then ask us a question when you reach something you're not sure how to do.
If you are willing to pay someone to do this for you then you can post in our Commercial Services forum.
I am sorry, I used a wrong word, it is not assignment, i have started to learn VBA on my own, so i thot I would develop Billing software in excel,So i just needed input as to how i can start writing codes.
Functional mean, When I enter it should automatically billing (TAX and discounts if any and present the result(final figure)), Please help me to start working on it, I would'nt request someone to do the job for me, Just tel me the initial process to start.
