Search and Insert

I'm trying to find a simple code that will search down column B, until it finds the line that says " * QC to inspect ALL welds with ...". Then I want it to insert rows 7 thru 11. I feel like it shouldn't be too hard, but I can't think of the right tool/code to use for the 'search' feature. I've attached the layout of what I want to use the code in. I want to click the button and have the code run. I appreciate any help in advance. Thanks!
