macro should delete entire rows which starts with "US" and etc ,should delete duplicates

Hi all, a very good morning to all of you,

can someone please help me with the code....

Things i wanted is...

1)when i open the desired sheet the macro should start running.
2)my raw data sheet is saved at "C:\Test\euro Raw data\"
3)when i open the desired sheet the macro should open the raw data sheet and copy all the data from raw data sheet to desired sheet.
4)it should delete the entire row where ISIN value begins with "US", "XX","ZA" and also it should delete duplicate rows with same ISIN value and dirty price value, leaving one duplicate row in desired sheet
5) i have highlighted the duplicate values with color in raw data sheet(Please refer raw data sheet for your reference)
6)i have also attached desired sheet for your reference.
7)the macro should save the desired sheet in same path "C:\Test\euro Raw data\" as "EURO & today's date"
8) and all sheets should close .

I hope the explanation and logic's are enough for the code. please refer the attached sheets for reference, i have highlighted the duplicate rows for your reference.This is sample data the original sheet has tons of data.

Note : duplicate value in the sense,Both the rows should match with same ISIN and Dirty price value.i have highlighted the duplicate rows for your reference
