I uninstalled my Microsoft Office and install again to solve this, but there is no solution.

Not sure whether this will apply if you are using more up to date version but you might check whether a .xlb file exsits that you could try removing, once you have saved a copy.

Yes the dialog is different from the Find/Replace control you have deleted.

So did you try renaming it and then restarting excel?

You might also try this as an attempt to reset commandbar
