Combo Box List Not Populating

Hello I could really use some help, this is my first attempt at using userforms and I cannot get the combo box to populate.

I saw online about re sizing it but i tried to make it bigger to no avail...

If you could look at the code to see if i did something wrong I would greatly appreciate it!

1) Delete Expenses_ from sub name.

2) You need to change "ComboBox1" control name to "Payment_Method" in the property box.
