Compare table on 2 separate spreadsheets and highlight unique values

Hi,

I am trying to create a macro that will compare the addr code and zip code of two different workbooks. Then, highlight the matching value one color and the unique values another color. I've attached a sample. Though my sample has them in the same workbook on separate worksheets. My live data is actual 2 different spreadsheets with tons of records. Yet, the format (i.e. the data to compare table one is actually located in columns b and c and the data for table two is in column c and d. I actual want to put the match and unique values on sheet 3 cell a1. Help3.xlsx Please help!
