Spreadsheet macros working in Excel 2010 but not in Excel 2013

So as title suggests I have a spreadhseet for my payroll which has several macros in it, this has worked fine for a number of years on various machines all running excel 2010 however we have just upgraded one pc and it has come with excel 2013 installed. The spreadsheet looks fine however when we try to run the 'Input' macro using the button assigned for this, it gets to part way through and just stops. If I run the macro from VBA it runs all the way through as expected.
At first I thought it was a macro security issue but have set machine to 'Allow all macros' (which is the same as the other machines) and it still happens. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Any ideas on how to fix it?
